| Wow, its been a while since Ive updated. But since I have some time to sit around, I think I'll update this here page. In the last two weeks, the wifey and I have been playing in this poker tourney at Buffalo Wild Wings. There are about 50 players in it and it doesnt cost anything to play. But the good thing is that the top three players in the tourney get PRIZES! So you don't put any money in, but if you're an OK player with some luck, you get a FREE PRIZE. It's pretty amazing. Anyway, last week NINA finished 3rd place....3rd PLACE, I couldn't believe. She was playing against all these grown people who've been playing for years and whooped all of 'em (well, except two). But, anyway she did so good, and made me so proud. GO SMALLS it your birthday, GO SMALLS its your birthday. Her prize was a free deck of cards, which may not seem great but, they are magical cards....whooooo!!
yeah this semester has probably been as fun as any semester since Ive been here at Michigan. I just want it to keep goin this way and it will definately be the best. With more current stuffs, Im taking Nina to this Benefit dance tomorrow night and I think it should be fun. She has never been to this dance before, and it is going to be cool to be her date for it.
Well, thats probably all for now. I'll update sooner than later, but for now I'm goin to FLIP FIVE...haha, later

| HAPPY TWO YEARS BABY BLUE
When I first came to UM, I truly thought I knew a lot about life. I thought I had it all figured out; I just turned 19, I had gotten into this great school, I knew where I was going in life, and nothing would change that. I was ready for anything, and everything that would happen. Welp, it took only 2 months...2 MONTHS!!!, to see how naive and wrong I was.
What was the life shifting experience that happened?
Nina Paneda came into my life. It has been two years since that day and I am sure that it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have learned so much from her and now know how dumb I was in the past, and have become open minded enough to realize how much more there is for me to learn. She has taught me so much about myself and how to be a better person. She is so much to me I can't put it into words, but I think that is a good thing...the relationship that we have is at this level that no word, sentence, or 10 page Xanga entry can describe. All I know is that I am happier now than I have ever been in my life.
I don't know what to say about these last 2 years. We have so many memories and when I think back on them, a smile comes across face (I actually smiling right now, haha). I'm not sure if any of this entry makes sense, I just wanted to write what came naturally from me. But that is what love is about, nobody knows where it is going, you can't just plan your future (like I tried to do), all a person can do is be true to themselves and the rest will take care of itself. It is about trust, it is about letting go of it all, and not knowing what the future holds.
I love you Nina and I wish I could decribe how much you mean to me, but I think the best thing to do is just show you. When I think of the world we live in and the little bit of knowledge I have now, I am pretty sure of one thing. It isn't love that makes the world go round, but it is love that makes the ride worthwhile.

| IVE BEEN TAGGED!!! Smalls tagged me, so here is my list...
Ground Rules: The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a xanga entry about their 5 weirdest habits, as well as state this rule clearly. 1. When I urinate, I flush the toilet before I am done. I do this in an attempt to perfectly time the end of the flush with the end of my urinating.
2. When I wash my hands, I usually use my shaved head to dry my hands.
3. I don't put anything where they "belong". And by "belong" I mean a place where I would remember where I put it.
4. I don't like to check my voicemails, BUT since I don't listen to the messages when I first get them, they pile up. So when I finally check my voicemail, there are like 8 messages to go thru.
5. Before I go to bed, I check my cell phone to make sure my alarm is set like 5 times. I swear I have OCD. | | |
| WHAT A WEEKEND!!
FRIDAY- The wifey and I went to see the UM Hockey team. The Wolverines were ranked #7 and played #5 Boston College. What a TIGHT game man, it was crazy. UM has this real sick freshman named Jack Johnson and no its not THAT Jack Johnson, this Jack was the 3rd pick in this years NHL draft, but is still gonna play for UM. He scored the first goal of the game and put some good hits on those BC beeches. Final score= UM 3 - BC 2.
SATURDAY- The Tag Team went to the BIG HOUSE to watched UM vs. UNDEFEATED #8 Penn State and it turned out to be the most amazing game we have ever seen. It was like this...with the scoreboard reading 00:01 (yes, just ONE SECOND) and UM trailing by 4 points, Henne threw a TD pass to freshman Mario Manningham. It was amazing. Even sweeter with all the Penn State fans in the stadium, it was so sweet not hearing their wack ass, "We Are..." chant. Can't describe how crazy that feeling was, I don't think any game will be better, maybe in the future I'll see a game that will match this game, but NEVER BETTER.
And on top of that, the SD Chargers beat the Raiders. HA!
